The Nobel Trend Program User licensing Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE
By using the Products and Services, you are agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual Nobel Trend Product or Service. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.

2. Terms and Conditions:

1. The user is licensing the charting program from NOBEL TREND for personal use only. He/She can’t re-license the program to third party at any time.

2. The license is automatically renewed monthly.

3. The cost for each Non- professional license is based on the subscriptions agreement, which entitles the use of one username.

4. The usage time frame for each month is from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

5. The user needs to pay the full monthly price regardless how many days or how many time he/she use the program.

6. Nobel Trend believes its data is from a reliable source, but in any situation Nobel Trend will not guarantee the accuracy of the data.

7. Nobel Trend will not guarantee the communication network between data server and the user’s PC. It’s the responsibility of the licensee to make sure the connection to the data server is working properly.

3. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Use of the Products and Services is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Nobel Trend may terminate your access to the program or to any of the Products and Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Any such termination shall be in Nobel Trend' sole discretion and may occur without prior notice, or any notice.

Nobel Trend does not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status

4. INVESTMENT INFORMATION DISCLAIMER
Investing in securities carries certain risks, and neither Nobel Trend nor the Investment Information Providers shall be responsible for any investment losses incurred in reliance on information provided on the Nobel Trend Charting Program. ADVICE FROM YOUR OWN FINANCIAL ADVISOR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The information and design of this program are owned by Nobel Trend, Except for single temporary copy in a single computer's memory or another fair use under applicable copyright laws, the information contained herein may not otherwise be used (not copied, performed, distributed, rented, sublicensed, altered, stored for subsequent use, etc., in whole or in part, in any manner) without Nobel Trend's express prior written consent.
